This is a spec house that acquired the personal touch, taste and needs of the owners during its design development. The aim was to fit as many bedrooms as possible within the max area limits set by its particular regulations. The setting within the terrain allows for maximum privacy and views focused on the 1 hectare of guaranteed green areas available to the sight.
And not a single tree needed to be cut for the construction of this project.
